WGCI/WNUA Promotions Coordinator

Core Responsibility: Develop and execute tactical plans in support of promotion and programming and revenue objectives of the station.

Essential Duties: Serve as Manager On Duty for key station/sales/ntr events (Live remote broadcasts/Branded station events/Major charitable functions/Develop and manage tactical plans and execution of all on-air contesting, including: communicate with programming, marketing staffs all essentials/   write and obtain legal approval on contest rules/maintain winner database/manage process for delivery of prizes and satisfaction of winners and ensure completion and filing of all required tax documents)

Responsibility for database and promotion scheduling system for station (Insure accurate recording and tracking of all contests, prizes and winners/Maintain prize closet inventory, approve distribution/scheduling of assets/Maintain winner database/Manage delivery of prizes and satisfaction of winners/     Develop and manage communications plan to inform all station personnel on contesting and promotion plans, including maintenance of long-term planning calendar) And more.

Required Skills/Education & Certification: BA in Communications/Marketing or Advertising/ Minimum 2 years experience in broadcast marketing or related field, and event planning/Knowledge of all FCC rules and regulations related to broadcast marketing/Proficient in all MS Office programs and database management.
