Immigration Assistance
This year, KACS assisted nearly 1,000 Koreans at varying stages of the immigration process, helping them to navigate an unfamiliar and often confusing government bureaucracy. We offer a wide array of application services, from alien registration to citizenship. The agency assists clients by preparing, translating, and notarizing documents. KACS provides services in other areas such as passport photographs, referrals, escorts to green card and citizenship interview, interpretation service and community education. The immigration department at Korean American Community Services provides immigration related services at significantly reduced rates to the community. Immigration services are available in the Korean and English languages, but immigrant clients can be from any country. General immigrant inquiries are available to anyone for free.
Translation
We offer translation services to translate materials for non-English speakers for a nominal fee.

The yearly tax clinic at Korean American Community Services serves to address the needs of community members.
